As a traveling chef, I've been fortunate enough to taste the flavors of the world, but I must admit, I've yet to set foot in Spain. That didn't stop me from being fascinated by the bold flavors of Spanish cuisine, particularly the use of rosemary. So, I set out on a mission to learn more about this fragrant herb.
 
I discovered that rosemary has been used for centuries in Mediterranean cuisine and has a rich history dating back to ancient Greece and Rome. It was believed to improve memory and promote good health. The Spaniards, in particular, have incorporated rosemary into many of their dishes, from savory stews to sweet desserts.
